For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to business, people development, and solving problems with precision. I hold a degree in International Business, and over the years I've worked across IT sales, telecoms, and recruitment, helping companies build high-performing teams and scale sustainably. My experience spans both business development and talent acquisition, which gives me an edge in understanding the key drivers of growth.

Living in Mexico gave me more than just international perspective. It challenged me to think critically about media, culture, and how different environments shape our beliefs. That global lens continues to inform how I lead, communicate, and build relationships with both clients and candidates.

It's about creating meaningful connections, identifying the right talent, and helping our clients streamline and grow with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, I’m a keen sportsman and musician, and I bring that same energy and creativity to everything I do.
